MasterVario R3L – the high-bay parking system for cars with up to 60 parking spaces.
The racking systems are designed similarly to a high-bay warehouse and, compared to the tower system, feature an additional axis of movement. Racking systems are therefore particularly well-suited for narrow and long lots and buildings. The racking system can also be constructed above ground, underground, or as a combination of both options. The MasterVario R3L shelving system offers the same flexible features as the tower system but has an additional advantage: thanks to an extra axis of motion for the storage and retrieval machine, up to ten vehicles can be arranged in a row. The bays can be configured as single, double, or even triple bays.
Up to 30 parking spaces are possible per parking level. Even with this fully automated parking system, the number of parking spaces should not exceed 50–60 vehicles per system/transfer cabin to ensure continued fast access times. The MasterVario R3L is the right choice if you have a long, narrow lot. From standard passenger cars to SUVs—the MasterVario R3L detects the height of your vehicle and finds the appropriate parking space.
In addition to standard passenger car dimensions and weights, custom solutions are also available upon request. Of course, individual project customization is possible in many cases.

Cleaning, Maintenance, and Care
Make sure to give your parking system the maintenance it needs. Your parking system has to withstand quite a bit. Not only does your car leave its mark through daily use, but moisture, salt deposits, and mechanical damage also take their toll over the years. If you want to protect your investment and prevent major damage, you should therefore give your parking system a thorough once-over every so often. When detected early, defects can be repaired quickly and inexpensively.
