The Most Flexible Parker for Retrofitting
SingleVario 2061 is the simple and cost-effective way to turn one parking space into two—simply by stacking them on top of each other. This premium parking system is installed without a pit and is extremely flexible. For example, it can be customized at any time to fit existing space constraints and accommodate different vehicle heights. This makes it possible to create additional parking spaces in existing buildings.
As is typical with stacked parking, the lower parking space must be vacant in order to lower the platform for the second car. The system is therefore ideal for, for example, using the upper platform for long-term parking—such as classic cars or similar vehicles—and the lower parking space for short-term parking.

- Platform spacing: can be adjusted flexibly, even after installation
- Clear platform width (standard type): 230 cm; optional up to a maximum of 270 cm
- Standard configuration: 2,000 kg per parking space; optional max. 2,600 kg gross vehicle weight; lower parking space with no weight limit
- Driving horizontally across the parking level
- Retrofit installation is possible depending on local conditions
- Platform surface: StandardGrip, optional AluLongLife or EasyWalk
Scope of Application
- In garages for single-family and multi-family homes
- For more parking spaces in office buildings or mixed-use residential and commercial buildings
- To expand capacity in underground parking garages or multi-story parking structures, such as those at hotels or car rental companies
- Also suitable for retrofitting in existing buildings
- Can also be used as an outdoor parking system without a garage, e.g., when installed in a courtyard or front yard (see “Outdoor Stacking Car Park”)

Cleaning, Maintenance, and Care
Make sure to give your parking system the maintenance it needs. Your parking system has to withstand quite a bit. Not only does your car leave its mark through daily use, but moisture, salt deposits, and mechanical damage also take their toll over the years. If you want to protect your investment and prevent major damage, you should therefore give your parking system a thorough once-over every so often. When detected early, defects can be repaired quickly and inexpensively.
