The Invisible Under-Floor Parking System
Makes cars disappear into a retractable garage.
Simply let cars disappear underground. Instead of moving upward, the premium in-ground systems move downward. When lowered, the top platform is flush with the ground. Above ground, you gain a car-free space that you can design however you like—increasing the value of your property.
With select accessories, you can turn the MultiBase U10 into your ideal parking solution.

- Standard pit depth: 250/255 cm
- Vehicle dimensions: Height 165 and/or 200 cm, length 500 to 520 cm
- Clear platform width (standard type): 230/460 cm; optionally up to 270/540 cm
- Standard configuration: 2,000 kg per parking space; optional max. 2,600 kg EB
- Horizontal access to all parking levels
- Flush with the floor and drive-over, controlled rainwater drainage
- Customizable surface: A tub-style cover that can be adapted to the surrounding environment according to the customer's wishes
