Duplex garages offer the advantage of doubling or tripling the number of parking spaces on the same floor area. Vehicles are parked one above the other on parking platforms, allowing you to maximize the number of parking spaces available even in areas with limited space. Depending on the model, duplex garages can be configured with or without a pit, for independent or dependent parking, and with two or three levels. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A DUPLEX GARAGE?

Our duplex garages are primarily used in situations where limited available space requires efficient use of parking areas. With our double-parking models, you can cost-effectively and efficiently double or triple your number of parking spaces while benefiting from reduced space requirements. Duplex garages give you additional floor space that you can use for other purposes. The system is operated via a dead-man control and an operating key. If the operating key is removed during the parking process, the system stops reliably and safely.

Independent Parking: Available parking platforms can be accessed independently and conveniently. This means that parking platforms and parked cars can be called up and reached at any time, independently of one another, without having to wait for parking spaces to become available. A pit is required for this system.
Dependent parking: Also known as stackable parking. For the parking process, the lower parking space must be empty before the parking platforms can be lowered. A pit is not required for installation.
With two or three levels: Allows for parking up to three vehicles on top of each other
Double Deck (DB): Provides up to two parking spaces side by side on each level
Single-level platform (EB): Provides one parking space per floor

The planning review and technical processing of the submitted planning documents will be carried out.

We take measurements and verify them to ensure that any discrepancies are resolved through technical clarification. This is followed by the technical configuration of the system.

As soon as the order is placed, production begins—“Made in Germany.”

The system components are manufactured and the system is loaded onto the truck. It is then delivered safely and quickly to the construction site.
